جایزه گلدن گلوب بهترین بازیگر مرد در فیلم – موزیکال یا کمدی یکی از جوایز گلدن گلوب است که هر ساله توسط انجمن مطبوعات خارجی هالیوود ارائه می‌شود. پیش از این تنها یک جایزه برای بهترین بازیگر نقش اول مرد داده می‌شد اما در سال ۱۹۵۱ جایزه بهترین بازیگر مرد – فیلم درام به وجود آمد.
