پروتئین شمارهٔ ۲ متصل به گیرندهٔ فاکتور رشد (انگلیسی: Growth factor receptor-bound protein 2) که به‌اختصار «Grb2» نامیده می‌شود، یک پروتئین وفق‌دهنده ترارسانی پیام است که در فرایند ترارسانی پیام/ارتباطات سلولی دخالت دارد. در انسان، این پروتئین توسط ژن «GRB2» کدگذاری می‌شود.[۴][۵] پروتئینی که توسط ژن «GRB2» ساخته می‌شود به گیرنده‌هایی چون گیرنده فاکتور رشد اپیدرمی اتصال می‌یابد.
