MAPKAPK2
پروتئین کیناز ۲ فعال شده توسط MAP کیناز (انگلیسی: MAPKAPK2) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «MAPKAPK2» کُدگذاری میشود و جزئی از خانوادهٔ پروتئین کیناز اختصاصی سرین/ترئونین است.[۴][۵][۶]
این پروتئین یکی از میانجیهای آغاز فعالیت فاکتورهای فنوتیپ ترشحی مرتبط با پیری (SASP) توسط MTOR است.[۷][۸] فعالیت MTOR سطح اینترلوکین ۱ آلفا را افزایش میدهد و اینکار با واسطهٔ MAPKAPK2 انجام میشود.[۹]
